Israeli Hostages Freed from Gaza in Daring Rescue Mission
Israeli forces successfully conducted a rescue operation in the central Gaza Strip, liberating four hostages who had been abducted from the Nova music festival on October 7. The hostages, identified as Noa Argamani (25), Almog Meir Jan (21), Andrey Kozlov (27), and Shlomi Ziv (40), were taken by Hamas and have been transported to the hospital for medical examinations. The operation, executed by the Israel Defence Forces (IDF), Israel Securities Authority (ISA), and ‘Yamam’ forces, took place in Nuseirat, resulting in the hostages’ safe recovery in good medical condition. This development occurs amidst statements from Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh, emphasizing that Israel cannot impose its decisions on Hamas and that the group will not accept any agreement that does not secure the Palestinians’ safety. The Israeli security forces have committed to continuing their efforts to ensure the safety of hostages.
