California’s New Workplace Violence Prevention Strategy

Upcoming Webinar on New California Workplace Violence Prevention Law Requirements

As the July 1st deadline nears, California employers are mandated by SB 553 to establish, execute, and uphold a workplace violence prevention plan (WVPP). This new legislation not only necessitates the creation of a plan but also requires companies to keep a log of violent incidents and conduct annual employee training on recognizing and preventing workplace violence. Employers are encouraged to attend an upcoming webinar that will cover the law’s stipulations, along with offering advice and strategies for compliance in a manner that supports business operations.
