Training for Hyderabad Police in Emergency First Responder Programme
In Hyderabad, one hundred officials from the Hyderabad police commissionerate underwent training in an emergency first responder programme. This initiative, organised by the Hyderabad City Security Council (HCSC), GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI), and Young Indians (YI), aimed at equipping participants with essential life-saving medical techniques. The training emphasized scene safety, personal protection, and activating the emergency response system. Key procedures covered included rescue breaths, chest compressions, and first aid for various emergencies, such as medical, trauma, and environmental incidents.
