Man Jailed for Two Years Over Multiple Breaches

A man was sentenced to two years and nine months in prison at Nottingham Crown Court after pleading guilty to five counts of breaching counter-terrorism restrictions. Counter Terrorism Policing East Midlands’ Detective Sergeant Frank Fraser highlighted the seriousness of the breaches, indicating they masked more concerning behavior. This is not the first time the individual, named Ulhaq, has been found guilty of such offenses. Shortly after his release from prison in April 2018, he was recalled for violating his parole licence conditions. His obligation to report emails, phone numbers, and bank accounts to the police will continue until April 2034.
