Sedalia Police Report Multiple Incidents Including Theft and Trespassing
The Sedalia Police Department has reported several incidents in recent days, highlighting the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to maintain law and order within the community.
On Monday morning, a bicycle theft was reported in the 1700 block of South Harrison Avenue. Officers arrived at the scene to gather details from Stacy Lyn Evans and the victim to create an official report.
In a separate incident on May 30th, found property was turned into the police at the B&B Galaxy Theater located at 4104 West Main Street. The responding officers collected the items and documented the find.
Tuesday morning saw police action at the Bothwell Hospital, where Jonathan Michael Roste, a 35-year-old from Blue Springs, was arrested for trespassing and interfering with a healthcare facility. Roste was placed on a 24-hour hold, facing charges of Trespassing in the 1st Degree and Interference With a Health Care Facility.
Additionally, on Monday night, police were dispatched to the 2000 block of South Washington Avenue in response to a harassment and stalking report. Officers spoke with the involved parties and took down information for a subsequent investigation.
Another theft report was filed by Michelle Webb on the same night, concerning a bicycle stolen on June 2nd from the 2300 block of East Broadway Boulevard. The police collected all necessary information for their investigation.
